Hello to anyone out there that may know about the underground singapore boat building scene! I say "underground" because its really a shed or small boatyard i'm looking for who has some machinery, access to labour and good advice on where to scource the right wood at the right price!

I would like to build this year a 38ft cat, its a wharram design, strip plank, crab claw rigged traditional _style_. i'm obviously on a small budget (under 50k sgd), and having looked into the Phillipines, Indonesia and Malaysia i've come to the conclusion i will probably be doing most of the work myself to keep the costs down, so it has to happen in singapore, and will probably take 18months, although i would like to say 12months.

any advice or leads would be greatly appreciated.
